Architectus’ portfolio includes commercial, education, hospitality, retail, transport, industrial, interiors, public buildings, residential, urban design and planning projects.
In 2021 Architectus established a partnership with private equity group Mercury Capital who have a 50% share of the business. The board at the time of the merger was formed of Architectus Principals Ray Brown, Barry Aarons and Ruth Wilson, with Clark Perkins, Chris Criddle and James Penn from Mercury Capital forming the six member board. Clark Perkins became Chairman of the Architectus Australia Board at the time.
On 5 April 2023 it was announced that Architectus would merge with another large Australian architectural practice Conrad Gargett, to create Australia's largest with over 700 employees.
