Aramu, Ilam
Aramu (Persian: ارمو), also Romanized as Āramū and Armū, is a village in, and the capital of, Aramu Rural District of the Central District of Darreh Shahr County, Ilam province, Iran. The village is populated by Kurds.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 2,408 in 501 households. The following census in 2011 counted 2,516 people in 619 households. The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 2,383 people in 665 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.
