Anton de Balmen

Count Anton Bogdanovich de Balmen (Russian: Антон Богданович де Бальмен; 1741 – 15 October 1790) was a Russian general of Scottish origin, Governor-General of Kursk and Oryol, commander of the Russian Caucasian corps.
