Anatoly Chepiga
Anatoly Vladimirovich Chepiga (Russian: Анатолий Владимирович Чепига, born 5 April 1979) is a colonel in the Russian General Staff's Main Directorate (also known as GRU), the military intelligence service of the Russian Federation. He is reported to have served in the Second Chechen War and the Russo-Ukrainian War. He is known to have operated under the cover names "Ruslan Tabarov" and "Ruslan Boshirov".
