Amlash-e Shomali Rural District

Amlash-e Shomali Rural District (Persian: دهستان املش شمالي) is in the Central District of Amlash County, Gilan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Kohneh Gurab.

At the National Census of 2006, the rural district's population was 8,085 in 2,466 households. There were 8,080 inhabitants in 2,666 households at the following census of 2011. At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 7,460 in 2,686 households. The most populous of its 25 villages was Kia Kalayeh, with 982 people.
