Kuo Tsai-chieh (Chinese: 郭采潔; pinyin: Guō Cǎijié; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Kok Chhái-kiat, born 19 February 1986), also known as Amber Kuo, is a Taiwanese singer and actress.
