Alishervan Rural District
Alishervan Rural District (Persian: دهستان علیشروان) is in the Central District of Badreh County, Ilam province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Pagal-e Garab.

After the 2011 census, Mishkhas Rural District was separated from the Central District of Ilam County in the establishment of Sivan District, which was divided into two rural districts.
At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 1,767 in 477 households. The most populous of its 12 villages was Pagal-e Garab, with 1,037 people.
In 2023, the rural district was transferred to the Central District of Badreh County.
