Ali Duba
Ali Issa Ibrahim Duba (Arabic: علي عيسى ابراهيم دوبا, 1933 – 21 June 2023), also known as Ali Douba, was the head of the Military Intelligence Directorate of Syria and a close adviser to the Syrian president Hafez al-Assad. The military intelligence under Douba was the single most important security agency in Syria, handling security within the army, but also dealing with the general safeguarding of the regime.
