Aleysky District
Aleysky District (Russian: Але́йский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the fifty-nine in Altai Krai, Russia. It is located in the center of the krai. The area of the district is 3,400 square kilometers (1,300 sq mi). Its administrative center is the town of Aleysk (which is not administratively a part of the district). Population: 16,800 (2010 Census); 20,474 (2002 Census); 21,510 (1989 Census).
