Alexei Pavlov (swimmer)

Alexei Pavlov (Russian: Алексей Павлов; born November 4, 1974) is a Russian former swimmer specializing in sprint freestyle and breaststroke.

Alexei is a participant of the 2000 Summer Olympics, 3-time silver medalist of the 2003 Military World Games, bronze medalist of the 1999 Military World Games, 7-time champion of the Russian National Swimming Championships, 2-time champion of the Baltic Sea Games, current national record holder men's 4 × 100 metre freestyle relay, participant of the 1997 Summer Universiade, participant of the FINA World Masters Championships.

Pavlov graduated from the Lesgaft National State University of Physical Education, Sport and Health and swam for the university sports team.

Now Alexei trains his athletes as the head coach of the Tauras SC in Russia.
