Alexander Merkurjev

Aleksandr Sergeyevich Merkurjev (Russian: Алекса́ндр Сергее́вич Мерку́рьев, born September 25, 1955) is a Russian-American mathematician, who has made major contributions to the field of algebra. Currently Merkurjev is a professor at the University of California, Los Angeles.
