Alexander Blokhin (diplomat)
Alexander Viktorovich Blokhin (Russian: Александр Викторович Блохин; born 12 January 1951) is a Russian diplomat. He served as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Australia between 2005 and 2010. On 5 May 2011 he was appointed Ambassador of Russia to Turkmenistan.
