Dawasir
Al-Dawasir (Arabic: الدواسر) is an Arabian tribe in the Arabian Peninsula. Its main base is in the south of Najd in the governorates of Wadi Al-Dawasir, As Sulayyil, Al-Aflaj, and Al-Kharj. The tribe is an affiliation of 2 groups: the Taghlib Bani Wael and Al-Zayd Al-Azd. The Al-Dawasir tribe is among the most powerful and influential tribes of Arabia, as they are the maternal uncles of much of the House of Saud family.
