Al-Hakam I
Abu al-As al-Hakam ibn Hisham ibn Abd al-Rahman (Arabic: الحكم بن هشام بن عبد الرحمن) was Umayyad Emir of Cordoba from 796 until 822 in Al-Andalus (Moorish Iberia).
