Akkeshi, Hokkaido
Akkeshi (厚岸町, Akkeshi-chō) is a town located in Kushiro Subprefecture, Hokkaido. As of June 28, 2023, it has a population of 8,460, and an area of 734.82 km2. Lake Akkeshi is a Ramsar Site.
