Akbarabad (Persian: اكبراباد), also Romanized as Akbarābād, is a village in Gol Gol Rural District of the Central District of Kuhdasht County, Lorestan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 820 in 159 households. The following census in 2011 counted 1,357 people in 329 households. The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,641 people in 440 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.
