Akō, Hyōgo
Akō (赤穂市, Akō-shi) is a city located in southwestern Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan. As of 31 May 2022, the city had an estimated population of 45,747 in 20,563 households and a population density of 360 persons per km2. The total area of the city is 126.85 square kilometres (48.98 sq mi).
