Ahmadu Ali
Ahmadu Adah Ali // ⓘ (born 1 March 1936) is a retired Nigerian military officer, a physician and a politician. He was born in Idah, Igala Kingdom. Ali served as the Deputy Director of Army Medical Services and Chief Consulting Physician of the Military Hospital, Kaduna. In 1973, he became the first Director-General of the National Youth Service Corps, a position he held until 1975 when he was appointed Minister of Education. He served also as Chairman of the PDP National Working Committee from 2005 to 2007.
