Ahlamerestaq-e Jonubi Rural District (Persian: دهستان اهلمرستاق جنوبی), formerly Ahlamerestaq Rural District (دهستان اهلمرستاق) is in the Central District of Mahmudabad County, Mazandaran province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Kolu Deh.
