Ahegao
Ahegao (アヘ顔) is a term in Japanese pornography for a facial expression of characters (usually women) during sexual arousal or an orgasm, typically with rolling or crossed eyes, protruding tongue, and slightly reddened face, to show enjoyment or ecstasy.
