Afsharid dynasty
The Afsharid dynasty (Persian: افشاریان) was an Iranian dynasty founded by Nader Shah (r. 1736–1747) of the Qirqlu clan of the Turkoman Afshar tribe, ruling over the Afsharid Empire.
