Afrineh
Afrineh (Persian: افرينه), also Romanized as Afrīneh, and Afrīnah; also known as Afrīneh-ye Bālā and Afrīneh-ye ‘Olyā, is a village in, and the capital of, Afrineh Rural District of Mamulan District, Pol-e Dokhtar County, Lorestan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 2,185 in 460 households. The following census in 2011 counted 1,986 people in 517 households. The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,944 people in 555 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.
