Mexicana de Aviación (legally Aerolínea del Estado Mexicano, S.A. de C.V.) is a state owned and low-cost airline established on 15 June 2023, and is operating under the commercial name Mexicana de Aviación after the Mexican government finalized the transfer of rights of the airline's brands and assets on 9 August 2023.
