Adan Ahmed Elmi
Adan Ahmed Elmi (Somali: Aden Axmed Cilmi) was the 4th Agricultural Minister of Somaliland. He became the Agricultural Minister on May 10, 2002, after the resignation of Ali Sheik Yusuf.
