Abinsky District
Abinsky District (Russian: Аби́нский райо́н) is an administrative district (raion), one of the thirty-eight in Krasnodar Krai, Russia. As a municipal division, it is incorporated as Abinsky Municipal District. It is located in the west of the krai. The area of the district is 1,624 square kilometers (627 sq mi). Its administrative center is the town of Abinsk. Population: 91,909 (2010 Census); 89,794 (2002 Census); 82,426 (1989 Census). The population of Abinsk accounts for 38.0% of the district's total population.
