Abezhdan Rural District
Abezhdan Rural District (Persian: دهستان ابژدان) is in Abezhdan District of Andika County, Khuzestan province, Iran. Its former capital was the village of Jafarabad.

At the National Census of 2006, its population (as a part of the former Andika District of Masjed Soleyman County) was 13,493 in 2,474 households. There were 13,894 inhabitants in 2,944 households at the following census of 2011, by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of the new Andika County. At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 10,478 in 2,600 households. The most populous of its 88 villages was Shahrak-e Mohammad Reza Asadpur, with 1,043 people.
