Abdygul Chotbaev
Colonel General Abdygul Abdrashitovich Chotbaev (Russian: Абдыгул Абдрашитович Чотбаев) is a retired Kyrgyz general and politician who served as the 1st Commander of the National Guard of Kyrgyzstan.
