Abdul Razzaq al-Issa
Abdul Razzaq Abdul Jalel al-Issa (Arabic:عبد الرزاق العيسى) (born 1949) is an Iraqi politician who served in different cabinet posts. He was recently Iraq's Minister of Higher Education.
