Abdul Rauf al-Kasm

Abdul Rauf al-Kasm (Arabic: عبد الرؤوف الكسم, romanized: ʿAbd ar-Raʾūf al-Kasm) (born 1932) is a Syrian architect, academic and politician who served as prime minister of Syria during the 1980s.
