Abdelhakim Serrar
Abdelhakim Serrar (born 24 April 1961 in Sétif) is an Algerian former professional football player who won the African Nations Cup in 1990 and is one of only a handful of players that won the Afro-Asian Cup for both club and country. Serrar played as a central defender throughout his career for Entente sportive de Sétif. He is currently the president of ES Sétif, and since his presidency the club has been arguably one of the best teams in the division. He retired from football on 1 July 1991 at the age of 30.
