Abdón Cifuentes
Abdón Cifuentes Espinoza, GCSG (16 May 1835 – 14 April 1928) was a Chilean politician, lawyer, teacher, and writer. He one of Chile's most significant Catholic politicians of the conservative party in the nineteenth century. He was the first political leader in the nation who supported granting of women's right to vote in a speech delivered on August 16, 1865.
