A6 motorway (Romania)
The A6 motorway (Romanian: Autostrada A6) is a partially built motorway in Romania, planned to connect Bucharest with the Banat region, through the southern part of the country. It will follow the route: Craiova, Calafat, Drobeta-Turnu Severin, Lugoj, connecting with the A1 motorway near Balinț. The section between Balinț and Calafat, where it will provide access to the New Europe Bridge, is part of the southern branch of the Pan-European Corridor IV.
