The Finals, formerly known as World Group, is the highest level of Davis Cup competition in 2023. It took place from 12 to 17 September and from 21 to 26 November 2023. The ties are contested in a best-of-three rubbers format and played on one day. There are two singles followed by a doubles. Canada was the defending champion, but lost in the quarterfinals to Finland.
