The champions were determined on the 23rd matchday, 3 December 2023. FC Arkadag claimed their first championship title in Turkmenistan Higher League, defeating FC Altyn Asyr 4–0. FK Arkadag won the Turkmenistan Higher League in 2023 without dropping a single point. This feat came within a 24 matches winning streak from 18 April 2023 to 20 December 2023, a national record. They became the first team ever in Turkmenistan to do so in a 24-game league season. FC Altyn Asyr finished second to FC Arkadag.
