The tournament began on 22 November 2023 with defending champions East Bengal defeating Kalighat Sports Lovers Association 11–1 at the East Bengal Ground. On 29 December, Sreebhumi defeated the defending champions East Bengal 2–1 to lift their maiden Kanyashree Cup title.
