2016 Toronto Blue Jays season
The 2016 Toronto Blue Jays season was the 40th season of the franchise in Major League Baseball, and the 27th full season of play (28th overall) at Rogers Centre. They advanced to the playoffs where they defeated the Baltimore Orioles in the AWC Game and the Texas Rangers in the ALDS, before losing to the Cleveland Indians in five games in the ALCS.
