Cherno More Varna and Hebar-Iskar Pazardzhik were promoted to Bulgarian A Group. Etar Veliko Tarnovo, Antibiotic-Ludogorets Razgrad, Maritsa Plovdiv and Beroe 2000 Kazanlak were relegated.
