The 1993–94 Harty Cup was the 74th staging of the Harty Cup since its establishment by the Munster Council of Gaelic Athletic Association in 1918. The competition ran from 20 October 1993 to 27 March 1994.

Limerick CBS were the defending champions, however, they were beaten by Midleton CBS in the semi-finals.
The Harty Cup final was played on 27 March 1994 at Páirc Mac Gearailt in Fermoy, between North Monastery and Midleton CBS, in what was their second meeting overall in the final and a first meeting in eight years. North Monastery won the match by 1–09 to 0–04 to claim their 19th Harty Cup title overall and a first title in eight years.
Dave Bennett and Johnny Enright were the top scorers.
