1975–76 Harty Cup

The 1975–76 Harty Cup was the 56th staging of the Harty Cup since its establishment by the Munster Council of the Gaelic Athletic Association in 1918. The competition ran from 15 October 1975 to 4 April 1976.

Coláiste Iognáid Rís were the defending champions.

The Harty Cup final was played on 4 April 1976 at Canon Hayes Park in Bansha, between St Flannan's College and De La Salle College Waterford, in what was their first ever meeting in the final. St Flannan's College won the match by 2–09 to 3–04 to claim their 9th Harty Cup title overall and a first title in 18 years.

North Monastery's John O'Sullivan was the top scorer with 0-22.
